Personalized Plans, Designed for You
Our registered physiotherapist will discuss appropriate treatment options after assessing your condition and goals:
Treatment methods

Manual therapy
After assessing you, the physiotherapist may use suitable hands-on techniques — including joint mobilization, myofascial release, stretching and muscle energy techniques — to ease overly tense muscles and support comfort and movement in daily life.

Modern acupuncture
Acupuncture may be considered after physiotherapy assessment for selected pain, muscle-tension or nerve-related symptoms. Suitability, precautions and treatment goals are discussed individually. Acupuncture is provided by a physiotherapist accredited by the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association.

Rehabilitation exercise
Following assessment, the physiotherapist develops a targeted exercise plan and provides individual instruction on technique, dosage and progression according to your ability and goals.

Instrument-assisted treatment
Therapeutic devices may be used as an adjunct when clinically appropriate, with settings selected according to the assessment, treatment goal and your response. Options may include TENS, ultrasound, interferential therapy, heat and infrared therapy.
Outreach & organisation services

Home visit physiotherapy
Home-visit physiotherapy includes assessment of mobility, transfers, self-care and the home environment, followed by a practical exercise and activity plan. It may support older adults, people after surgery or stroke, and those who have difficulty attending the clinic.

Organisation and corporate outreach physiotherapy
Outreach physiotherapy for NGOs, community organisations, schools, teams and companies — health talks, workshops and guided group movement, arranged one-off or ongoing based on your group's needs.

What Our Patients Say
A selection of public patient reviews
These reviews were written in Chinese on Google and have been translated into English.
"The therapist is very attentive. I have had poor sitting posture since I was young and more than 15 years of intermittent back pain, which later also led to pain in the sole of my foot. Yvonne pointed out that the main cause was my habits, and besides helping to relieve the pain she taught me exercises I can do day to day and the correct sitting posture. My back pain has improved a lot. Recommended!"
"Because of work and further study I have to sit for long periods, which left me with neck, shoulder and back pain. The very first physiotherapy session with Yvonne already relieved my back pain immediately. Yvonne is skilled at acupuncture and also very patiently taught me stretching exercises; I have had two treatments so far and can already see the effect."
"Incorrect sitting posture left my muscles tight, and sometimes I would get a numb, painful feeling. After a careful examination by the therapist, and with acupuncture treatment and stretching exercises, things have improved a lot. The therapist is also very professional and explains the causes and how to improve."
"I had neck and shoulder pain for a long time and sometimes headaches. The therapist examined me attentively and explained to me that a muscle problem in my neck was giving me the headaches, then treated me with acupuncture and hands-on therapy, and taught me how to improve my posture and do exercises. It is much better — no more pain!"
"The therapist is very attentive and professional, and helped me improve my knee and muscle pain. She uses different methods such as acupuncture, electrotherapy and ultrasound, and also teaches which exercises to do day to day to strengthen the muscles."
"Very professional and attentive. The physiotherapist first takes the time to understand the symptoms, then does acupuncture and pressure work together with some exercises as treatment. Highly recommended."
