AI Postural Analysis

AI-assisted screening gives you and your physiotherapist a shared reference point for discussing posture. It is one input into a clinical assessment, not a diagnosis on its own.

We take time to assess, explain and follow up, and agree a suitable rehabilitation direction with you. WhatsApp us to book, or ask first.

How it works

Standardised photos are analysed by AI software to measure alignment of the head, shoulders, spine and pelvis — for example forward-head posture, rounded shoulders and pelvic tilt. Your physiotherapist reads the results together with your history and a hands-on examination, and explains what each finding may — or may not — mean for your symptoms. The measurements are a screening reference, not a diagnosis.

Who it helps

Desk workers with neck/shoulder or lower-back discomfort, people concerned about a rounded upper back or shoulders, students, and anyone starting a posture or rehabilitation programme who would like a measured reference point to discuss and to compare over time. It is used alongside a physiotherapist-led assessment, not instead of one.

After the analysis

Your physiotherapist discusses what the screening found together with the rest of your assessment, and agrees a plan with you where treatment is indicated — this may include manual therapy, targeted mobility and strengthening exercises, and practical habit changes. Re-assessment can be used to compare measurements over time. Change depends on your condition and participation, and is not guaranteed.
