Organisation and Corporate Outreach Physiotherapy
We provide outreach physiotherapy for NGOs, community and social-service organisations, schools or teams, and companies across Hong Kong — from a single health talk to a short series or an ongoing arrangement combining group education and guided movement. Content, format, timing and group size are agreed with your coordinator after a short discussion of your objectives, rather than a fixed package.
Organisations, schools and companies can WhatsApp us with the group, its size, the venue and possible dates, and we will reply with the talk or workshop formats we can arrange. Group health education is general content, not individual diagnosis or treatment.

Past collaborations
The organisations and brands below are examples we have previously collaborated with on outreach activities, and the form and scope of each collaboration varied.
This outreach physiotherapy service is a group-based educational and movement service delivered by a physiotherapist to NGOs, community or social-service organisations, schools or teams, and companies. It may include a health talk, a practical workshop, guided small-group movement or exercise, and general movement, posture or ergonomics education where relevant. It is an educational and preventive-focused service for a group, not individual medical treatment, diagnosis or one-to-one clinical assessment for each participant.
This service may suit organisations that want to bring physiotherapy-led health education or guided movement to their members, beneficiaries, students, staff or teams — for example an NGO planning a community outreach activity, a social-service organisation supporting service users, a school or sports team, or a company introducing staff to movement and posture topics. Suitability depends on your group's goals and profile, and we are happy to discuss whether a session or programme fits your situation before proposing content.
- NGOs and community or social-service organisations arranging outreach for members or beneficiaries
- Schools, sports clubs or teams
- Companies planning a wellness day, occupational health initiative or staff education session
- One-off community events as well as recurring or longer-term arrangements
Before proposing content, we discuss your objectives, the group you are arranging this for, any concerns already raised by participants, and practical constraints such as venue, timing, group size and available facilities. Based on this discussion, we outline a proposal — for example the topics to cover, the balance between talk and guided movement, and whether any optional element such as general posture or ergonomics education is included. The final scope, format and duration are agreed with you in advance and may be adjusted based on your feedback, rather than following one fixed template for every organisation.
Depending on what is agreed with your organisation, a session or programme may include one or more of the following. The exact combination — and whether it is a one-off session, a short series, or a recurring or longer-term arrangement — is proposed case by case based on your objectives, participant needs, venue, timing, group size and available facilities, and is not a fixed package.
- Health talks on movement, pain, posture or general wellbeing topics relevant to your group
- Practical workshops
- Guided small-group movement or exercise led by a physiotherapist
- General movement, posture or ergonomics education where relevant — for example, general workstation-adjustment principles for an office-based team
- Other outreach physiotherapy activities agreed with your organisation

Group sessions are educational and cannot take the place of an individual physical assessment. Participants join guided movement or exercise activities at their own pace and should only do what feels comfortable and safe for their own body, stopping or modifying any activity if it causes pain or discomfort. Participants with an existing injury, pain condition, pregnancy or other medical condition should let the presenter know before joining physical activities, as a group setting does not allow the same individual screening as a one-on-one appointment. Any information, habits or exercises introduced are meant to support your own ongoing self-management — how much benefit this brings depends on individual follow-through and other circumstances outside the session, which we cannot control or promise.
Group education and workshops are general in nature and are not a substitute for an individual medical or physiotherapy assessment. They do not diagnose any condition, and we cannot promise that attending will reduce pain, prevent injury, correct every participant's posture or setup, or produce any other particular result — outcomes vary between individuals and depend on many factors beyond the session itself. Participants with ongoing pain or a specific concern are encouraged to book an individual assessment. Anyone experiencing urgent symptoms — such as sudden severe pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, new weakness or numbness, or loss of consciousness — should seek medical care immediately rather than waiting for or relying on a group session.
To help a session run smoothly, organisations are usually asked to arrange a suitable venue and room, any AV or seating equipment needed for a talk, and enough open space if guided movement or exercise is included. Advising participants in advance to wear comfortable clothing for movement activities, and nominating a coordinator to arrange logistics, also helps. On-site sessions are arranged case by case across Hong Kong according to your address, venue and scheduling — there is no fixed participant number, session duration, frequency or coverage area that applies to every organisation. Please send us your organisation type, the audience or group involved on WhatsApp — our preferred channel, though you can also call, your objective, preferred format, approximate group size, venue or district, and whether you are looking for a one-off session or an ongoing arrangement, and we will discuss a proposal tailored to your organisation.
